Mold allergy: Mold can trigger allergic reactions or cause non-specific irritation however the symptoms are ususually respiratory (lung or nasal) irritation or eye irritation, not "pains".

Not pain: Chronic mold exposure can cause respiratory symptoms in susceptible individuals. It rarely causes body pain, unless you are sick all the time.
