Not enough info!: Are you having any symptoms? Did you clean properly before you collected the urine sample? Have you had unsafe sex? We need to know the answers to those questions, before we can give you good advice.  Ask the doctor who ordered it, or see one and get it repeated.  If you have had unsafe sex, get checked for std's. If you have urinary tract symptoms (burning, frequent urination, etc.) you need meds

WhiteBloodCells, not: &quot;pus&quot; cells. WBCs are the cancer &amp; infection fighting cells of the body, 5 different classes as viewed under a microscope (such as in urine analysis); many more classes by function. Generally, &lt;5 WBC/HFP on UA microscopic examination is considered normal, i.e. usual/common. Low epithelial cells/HFP is c/w clean catch mid-stream sample with little surface skin cell contamination.

Sounds normal.: Normal urine may contain a few skin cells and white blood cells.  As long as you have no symptoms this seems normal.

Contaminated sample?: This could be an infection, including the possibility of an STD. However, it could have been a contaminated specimen if not a careful midstream collection, or if you are uncircumcised and did not retract your foreskin when you voided for the sample. Contact the doctor who ordered the test and discuss repeat urinalysis and/or other tests, e.g. gonorrhea and chlamydia if at risk for STD. Good luck!

Pus: Pus is composed of decayed material and largely white blood cells. Hpf stands for high powered field and is an area measurement under the microscope for the  number of cells counted. 0 to 2 is a tiny amount or trace. If symptoms and other lab findings support it this could represent an infection or other condition that needs treatment. Be sure to talk with your doctor for further assistance.

Try again: It is always important to cleanse properly prior to obtaining the urine sample.  Also, this type of result can be seen in the first void of the day.  To verify this was accurate you should repeat the test making sure to cleanse properly and give a second (or subsequent) void of the day.

These finding: are quite common for routine urinalysis. Unless you have a history of kidney stones , the Calcium is an incidental finding!

High powered field: When looking at urine there are basic standards for reporting. The general one is to count all the "X" you see on a slide where you put a concentrated drop of urine. The reading is at high rather than low power. They might move the slide &amp; count 2 or 3 areas. We expect up to a few WBC's (pus cells) but 30-40 suggests a pus response to infection.

Cells in urine: There shouldn't be any pus, white or red cells in the urine.  If there are that is a sign or infection, renal stones, or certain cancers.
