Prolapsed fibroid: It is not common for fibroids to prolapse completely out on their own but it can happen. The area where it disconnected can bleed but that usually happens immediately. Infection in this area is not typical. If this has happened to you then you should be evaluated by an Obgyn

Depends: Most  fibroids  will not cause  heat.  They  may rarely become  inflammed depending  on  the  type .  They  may also rarely undergo degeneration  which can  also cause inflammation.  More  commonly the  "heat"  may be due to  a bladder infection. You  should  see  your  md (urgent care or  emergency room if needed).

UTI and fibroids: Bladder problems are more common with large fibroids. If the infection hasn't cleared, then get an antibiotic prescription.  Have a gyn check up for large fibroids and consider laparoscopic surgery.

Irregular bleeding is  one of the most common problems Obgyns treat.: If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  there are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

It may: It depends on the type of blood tests they ran on your blood.

Scar itself, no.: Infection, possibly. Pelvic inflammatory disease, diverticulitis, appendicitis, etc. Can often be seen on ct. It depends on how severe the infection is (abscesses, excess pelvic fluid, inflamed looking bowel, edema around the uterus/tubes/ovaries).

i suffer from recurrent uti. i have fibroids in my uterus that cause pressure.can this be a reason for continuous bladder infections?

Absolutely: The fibroid pressure on your bladder is making it almost impossible to completely empty your bladder when voiding. Residual urine is one of the chief causes of recurrent urinary tract infections. As a noted tip: Empty your bladder before and as soon as convenient after intercourse to help prevent infections.

Unlikely infection: If you had this 6 mos ago infection would have appeared long before this time and be manifest by fevers, discharge, pain, etc.  If you are having bleeding, please go see your ob/gyn and be reexamined.

Doubtful: Foul vaginal discharge often suggests bacterial vaginosis (an infection), and yeast infections are secondary to a wide spectrum of issues including vaginal acidity, prior use of antibiotics, etc.  Suggest you see your ob/gyn about this.
