However, nerves that come out of the sacrum (the bottom of the lower back) travel to the prostate, travel to the little toes, and also cause erections. The person may be getting "referred pain" to the toe. A neurologist can figure it out.

Gris peg (griseofulvin): It is possible to have just one toe affected.  It is also possible that what is is infecting your nail does not respond to gris peg (griseofulvin).  Without seeing your nail it is  impossible to comment intelligently .    See you podiatrist  for assistance .

is 300 mg once a day of cefdinir enough to clear a uti infection in a 60 pound adult? im 4 foot 3 inch by the way in height. doc sent in 5 more days of it. i was burning still a little with only one pill left. thank you?

: You have a small body so that dose should be fine but I wonder how your doctor chose Cefdinir. Were the bacteria resistant to other antibiotics which are commonly used for bladder infection?

i flew 14 hours then walked for several hours on arrival. by the evening my left ankle was swollen and my foot sore. now a little red. no infection.

Swollen ,red , sore: Needs to be investigated to rule out conditions such as blood clot, orthostatic edema, ankle sprain , cellulitis.  Need to see  a doctor in person. Go to urgent care if can not get a hold of your doctor.

i have a small burn on my foot, the scab has been pale green and red for about 3 days. i have no fever and seem to have stoped it from getting worse. what can i use to treat infection other than antibiotic ointment? should i keep it covered or not?

It's possible: If the IV antibiotic was not capable of eradicating the entire infection and/or if you picked up a new infection while you were recuperating from the other, it is possible to develop a bone infection that could potentially cause sepsis which could lead to death.  This is true for all patients but especially for those who are immunocompromised with diseases like diabetes, kidney disease or cancers.
