Not recommended: Douching is not recommended. It kills off the protective bacteria of the vagina and prevents the vagina from self cleaning. If you are struggling with vaginal odor consider seeing  an Obgyn for evaluation. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause and can be treated with antibiotics

You may have both: A 2 day episode of sweating at night sounds like a viral upper respiratory tract infection.  Green nasal discharge may be the start of a viral rhino-sinusitis.  The general rule is that if you are getting worse after 5 days, an antibiotic is appropriate, and if you are not better in 10 days, an antibiotic should be considered.  Bottom line is if not better after 5 days see your physician.

HD: This may be hydradinitis supperitiva.  Its like bad acne under the arm.  It is very diffu\icult to treat with any antibiotic but there is some success.  In some instances surgery is needed.

Good personal --: -hygiene, shower often, also can B transmitted by sexual contact. Working out does not cause yeast infections.

It's high: If by '30' you mean 30, 000, that's extremely high.  If you have a kidney infection, are sweating, and have a WBC of 30, 000, you should be seen by a doctor right away.
