Probably not: Breast milk is by far the best nutrition for your baby.  It is rare for babies not to tolerate breast milk.  Gassy?  Many babies get this.  Maybe it is air swallowing?  Are you burping as you should?  Reflux is not a process of the milk but is an anatomical issue with the way the baby is made.  See your baby's doctor and consider a lactation consultant for further advice and treatgment.  Workable.

Goat's milk has many: Of the same proteins as cow's milk, so babies can develop an allergy to it. Goat's milk has 1/5th as much vitamin B12 & 1/10th as much Folic Acid as cow's milk. There's 1 mcg of folic acid/8 oz.Of goat's milk. Babies need 75 -100 mcg daily. Some commercial brands of goat's milk formulas add extra folic acid. See your pediatrician for supplements or change of formula  & evaluation of the bleeding.

our 7 month old baby struggles with reflux. we though it would be better by now but he still wakes regularly at night and seems to be struggling. he also brings up milk.

It happens: Reflux usually peaks around 4 months with their increased abdominal muscle tone and begins to improve when they are able to sit up. However, it is common for them to have persisting issues until they hit a year of age. Rarely I have seen it active up to pre-school age.

my baby is milk allergic, and she has acid reflux.  what kind of formula would be good to use?

Check with doc first: If she truly has milk allergies, you may want to check with doc about using elemental formula such as nutramigen or alimentum etc...Soy is also an option, but i would check with her doc first. These may help with her reflux as well. If not, med such as Prevacid or Zantac (ranitidine) can be used for reflux etc..Thickening formular with rice cereal may help also. Consult doc...Good luck.

my baby will be 3 months next week. im breastfeeding & now want to put her on formula, which one is best she has reflux? cant express enough milk for the entire day.

Hard to say: There are formulas in the US with extra dissolved solids that seem to help some babies with reflux. That said you can do the same with any formula by adding some powder to the mix. The amount would vary with the product. As a US based site we are not privy to what products are available in your country. It may not matter anyway since reflux is a natural process that decreases with age by 12m.

baby is 1 month old. switched from nan to novalac ar1 at 2 weeks old for reflux. baby has now been constipated for 1 week. can i switch his milk again?

Yes,,,but: If the reflux has improved there are other  ways to manage this. Full strength prune juice given 1 oz 1-3 times a day will loosen most infants within 3 days. They don't absorb the sugars in this as well as older kids/adults so it works as a stool loosener.

Reflux measures : Feed the baby in an upright position, burp mid and after feeding. A formula thickener such as rice cereal may be used to treat reflux.

Feeding: Feed smaller amounts frequently but generally 3-4 oz every 4 hours is about what she needs. A more exact amount could be based on her weight. All the best.

Yes it can: but if too much milk comes out of the bottle.also it can cause baby to choke
make sure the nipple  hole is not too large 
try to keep the head upright while feeding and burp after each ounce
