It feels really awkward at first to pull your chin back, but no other way.  Chiropractic care helps release fixated joints so that the movements aren't by a select few and the others have to over compensate and eventually hurt.

Flat head: Your baby skull is like a ping pong ball. As long as the sutures aren't closed her skull will reshape itself. The best way to help is to givre her tummy time when she is awake.

Rotate Baby: Discuss with pediatrician, but the best way to avoid this is to not let the baby sleep on its back all the time. Once swaddled you can rotate baby from side to side to minimize the flat head.
