for six years ive been getting a blistery rash on finger and knee. starts out as pain and itching, then a day or so later a bubbly rash appears. it looks like tapioca pudding. it happens at random. now it just started to appear on the sole of foot?

: Blisters can be caused by many skin and systemic disorders, and location may pinpoint the diagnosis. For small areas, does it follows a specific skin pattern called dermatome? It could be shingles. Grouped, painful, and one is sexually active? Herpes simplex. Hands/Feet? Eczema, friction/sucking blisters, erythema multiforme, epidermolysis bullosa simplex, fungal infection.

Was the wire from : A surgery or was this a foreign body that was in your foot? If the latter, i hope you were seeing a doctor.....Did you have a tetanus shot? Any signs of infection?

That depends: On cause of blister and medical history. For example if your diabetic - see a foot doc right away and dont tend to by yourself. If healthy and an isolated blister with a sterile instrument after skin cleansed you can pierce the roof to drain the liquid. Do not remove the blister just drain then apply bandage and allow to dry out.

Tingling: Tingling is the symptom.   This could be arch claudication or nerve entrapment such as tarsal tunnel syndrome.   See your podiatrist for an evaluation.

Nerve: Most common causes are:

herniated disk causing pressure on one of the nerves going to the  foot (radiculopathy). Tarsal tunnel syndrome also can cause these kinds oif symptoms.

See a neurologist or an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation.

i have a small, symmetrical appearing, mole on sole of foot but it is green in color. is it normal 4a mole tobe green or is color smething concerning?

Get a biopsy....: It is not normal for a mole to be green.  A simple biopsy will determine if it is anything to be more concerned about.

: Any strange looking skin lesion or one that stands out as very different from other skin lesions on one's body warrants an examination by a dermatologist. I think this obviously pertains to your child's sole lesion. This will also give you peace of mind.

stitches out 7 weeks following injury to heel but despite physio still have pain up back of heel and sole of foot. should i ignore or keep walking?

Don't ignore: Hard to say without more info about your injury and level of pain.  Can take 6-12 months to heal a heel (pun intended).  Early weightbearing and range of motion are important steps to recovery.  That being said, it's probably a good idea to check in with the treating physician to ensure healing is progressing according to schedule.

Have it examined: red spots on both the palm and sole may be something minor like a contact dermatitis or more serious like viral condition or underlying systemic disease.  Don't second guess and delay having it examined.
