No: Meth is used in crystalline form. Unless there was residue-powder, it is not going to affect you. Powder can stick to tablets

Don't freak: It is very unlikely. A strong solution on hot (opened pore) skin might allow a small amount to get into a person's system, but not much and that's not what you describe. Don't freak! But do think about the risks of intimate involvement w/ a guy whose life is impacted by meth. He may be worthy of the risks or not. If it's a good thing, see if he's willing to make some changes for a better life.

It depends: Side effects can differ significantly from one person to another.  Indeed some people can even become sedated when they use a stimulant.   Rapid heart rate and increased bp common and even serious heart arrhythmias can occur.  I doubt your insurance could be dropped based on meth abuse particularly now with obamacare.

Stop now: The baby has been affected by your gf's smoking. The sooner she stops, the better. There are no discrete test to measure the level of exposure to tobacco, in-utero. Her smoking is affecting your health and will affect the health of the new born as well.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

: Antibiotics taken while on METH will help alleviate hepatotoxicity[liver damage] but will affect and be harmful to your other organs[brain,lungs, heart, kidneys, and spleen. METH  can kill, seek treatment.
