It isn't clear but: There is limited data in regards to chicken cartilage, but for small studies, like those seen for managing the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis has been in 0.1 mg daily range.  At least this is a starting point.  Though there is even less data about the use of this supplement for preventative purposes.

See an eye doctor: Usually an oculoplastics eye surgeon can evaluate you to determine if you have hollowness, or eyelid issues, and whether you are a candidate for fat stem cell transfer that can be placed above the orbital septum or not to give a more normal appearance. It's usually not covered by insurance, but make you feel better cosmetically. Also, your normal temples/cheek &amp; midface bones need to balance this.

While some drastic "plastic" surgery may create some improvement (less noticeable), there is currently no way through medication to restore original elasticity of skin.

Vitamin: I started working on Vitamin D many decades ago. Many people - doctors included - recommend many vitamin supplements but I doubt that is helpful.
Eat properly, take one tablet (1000 mg) of vitamin D daily, and you will enjoy every bit of the rest of your life.

Actually : Actually one of the best resources for over the counter "mixing" is your the pharmacist in your drug store. They know tons about otc supplements that doctors don't deal with.

Biotin (found in eggs) is a great hair and nail supplement. Black currant oil (capsules) have been recommended for thinning hair, too.

But show your pharmacist both boxes with the supplement amounts and see if he/she notices any potential overdosing.
