: If I understand what happened it sounds to me he injected no sperm into you vagina. So not likely pregnant.  If he did it is possible you are pregnant. Sperm must get into the vagina,  swim up to an implanted egg and then beet the other millioin there to fertilize the egg.  Suggest you review how one gets pregnant.

Possible: You have two possibilities: 1.  It is not a period, the "period" is a ovulation bleeding; 2. It is a true period, due to ovulation occured during your last period.

No and yes: No because morning after pills use an absurd amount of synthetic hormones and chemicals to knock you uterus into not getting pregnant, and 3 times a month will simply not work well anyway - the failure rate for that pill increases dramatically if similar pills are used within a few weeks. Yes because if you ovulated on day 14 of the cycle your egg is fertile for up to 10 days and u could miscount.

Irregular bleeding: If the morning after pill is used at that time in the cycle, it may cause a withdrawal bleed earlier in the cycle and bleeding may be for a longer period of time than a usual menses.  Reliable contraception is a good option!

Likely no: If i understood your question correctly, you're stating that you're due for your period in two days. If that's the case then i don't think you need to take plan b. There's never any harm in taking plan b, but commonly we say you only need to take Plan B if you missed two pills in a row. Hope that helps you.

: If an "ipill" is the "morning after pill", it is not 100% effective as a contraceptive, and you will see bleeding a few days later from withdrawal from the estrogen contained in the "ipill".  A genuine "period" would follow, implying that you are not pregnant, but obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

: After taking I-pill, period can happen early, on time or delayed for one week so she just have to wait for now. Do the urine pregnancy test if she does not have period in 10 days. Please do not abuse I-pill and use contraceptive method.

About those pills: Plan B (and other "morning after" pills) can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes in the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because emergency contraceptive pills work most of the time, but not all the time.

See below: Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Regimen: 1 pill of 1.5 milligrams Levonorgestrel. Emergency contraceptives like i pill have potential side effects like menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). I can't say when your next period will be.
