i bled after 10 days of duphaston, i'm diagnosed with pcos. hpts were nega but i sometimes feel little gas bubbles which acc. to my search is how the babies movements feel. it's been 18w since my last sex. should i still be worried about pregnancy?

Tests are accurate: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test by 3 weeks after sex (by 3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a regular period or missing a withdrawal period.

At about 18 weeks: Since you know what to look for you might feel it a little earlier, but sometimes it can be even weeks later and still be completely normal.  My sympathies to you as you wait this out and i wish you well.

Intestines: Your intestines move all the time. You might be feeling this. If you are compliant with your depo, and your pregnancy tests are negative, you are not pregnant. Please use condoms to protect yourself from sexually transmitted infections. Your history states that you've been pregnant 3 times and have 1 baby.

Unsure: Every baby moves different amounts in pregnancy. In general, active babies are healthy babies. It is when the movement decreases that we get concerned. If that happens, it is important to call your doctor.

16-20 weeks avg: In my experience a first time mom usually feels a clear movement about 20 weeks.  Mom's pregnant for the 2nd time and there after usually know what it feels like and notice something at 16 weeks.  But those are just rough estimates. People are different.

Call your OB: Many pregnant women do not feel any movement until 20-21 weeks , at 19 weeks u may not feel it consistently.

Fetal movement : It is possibly to see fetal movement by ultrasound as early as 8weeks from the last menstual cycle. However, one cannot feel it due to its small size. In general, fetal movement is felt from 16 weeks onward with most able to feel movement by 20weeks. First time pregnancies are closer to the 20week mark whereas subsequent pregnancies feel movement earlier. Movement should be regular by 24 weeks.

Yes: Every pregnancy is different.  Some women feel true movements as early as 15 weeks. Fetal movement is not monitored during pregnancy until around 22-24 weeks.

False reporting: Even though the baby is moving from early on, it's not actually until about 16 weeks to feel it. You can't really feel it move on the outside until about 22-23 weeks. You are perfectly normal. Moms don't feel first babies until about 20 weeks. But peoples' imaginations and hopes are great and they will convince themselves they are feeling the baby move much earlier.

change in baby movements and i'm just starting my 27th wk of pregnancy. what should i do. haven't felt much kicks all day. not that strong like usual.

Please call your OB: Now and do what he says, if u were my pt i would tell u to drink or eat something with a lot of glucose and that should increase the movements of the baby , if it does not then i would have u go to the labor room for monitoring and an nst,  and any questions regarding your preg at this point should always 1st be asked of your OB even if it is the weekend.
