Up to 18 months: If you have normal menstrual cycles, your cystic fibrosis carrier status likely has little effect on your fertility.  However, it can take a normal couple up to 18 months to achieve a conception, even when everything is perfectly normal.  Because you are a CF carrier (and your partner is not), there is a 50% chance your children will also be carriers of the CF gene.

Take a test: If you are ever worried that you may be pregnant, then just take an over the counter home pregnancy test to make sure. They are fast and accurate and you'll have your answer and won't have to worry.

Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Very unlikely: The frequent periods you are having are a side effect of the implanon. It is not a serious medical problem, but can be quite a nuisance.  The Implanon is very effective at protecting you from getting pregnant. No birth control method is 100%, but i don't think you have anything to worry about.

Maybe: If your Blood (not urine) bHCG level is less than 1, it is unlikely that you are pregnant.

However, your doctor has more information.  Best to be seen for a f/u visit to confirm your status.

Anything is possible: Probably not, please see your gyn for a blood preg test and an ultraosunbd.

if i ovulated 2 days prior to implanon removal, and had regular periods while on implanon, can i get pregnant within the first week of implanon out?

Yes you can : Clinical trials showed pregnancy as early as 7 days after Implanon removal. If you do not want to be pregnant then use condoms and start another birth control method.
