Is it even possible for me to get pregnant with implanon and having periods every 14 days? not that i'm trying, just worrying.

Very unlikely: The frequent periods you are having are a side effect of the implanon. It is not a serious medical problem, but can be quite a nuisance. The Implanon is very effective at protecting you from getting pregnant. No birth control method is 100%, but i don't think you have anything to worry about.
