You need a dentist!: And your question(s) is ?   See a dentist to evaluate your symptoms, diagnose the problem(s) and recommend treatment.  Swelling usually indicates an infection which if left untreated can lead to serious complications.  Therefore, the sooner you see a dentist for treatment, the sooner you will feel better and be out of danger.

i just got my 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed on monday. 8/12 there's a bump on my cheek that formed and that side is swollen. should i be worried?

Post op swelling: If the swelling occurred overnight on the day the wisdom teeth were removed, and it's going down each day, it's probably normal. If the swelling has increased then you definitely need to call the surgeon and let him\her know. It might be infected. No matter what, we cannot tell you for sure what's going on. Therefore you need to call your surgeon right away.

can impacted wisdom teeth cause swollen lymph node in neck? i noticed it and i don't know why it's there and i'm worried. going to the dr later this month?

: An impacted wisdom tooth without infection should not cause a reactive lymph node. However, reactive lymph node is common so there is nothing to concern in the mean time, please patiently wait for your appointment. Take care and good luck!

Coincidental: Probably 2 separate problems.  Both need attention.  See Primary Care Physician, referral to ENT Specialist may be in order.  See your General Dentist, referral to Oral Surgeon may be in order.

i know my wisdom teeth are coming in impacted, but right now my mouth is slightly swollen and i can barely open my jaw and i'm in a lot of pain ?

Painful Wisdom: You may have a bad case of pericoronitis. My recommendation would be to get a referral to your local oral surgeon. In the meantime, take a full course of a broad spectrum antibiotic combined with Ibuprofen. You should experience a noticeable reduction in the pain and swelling within 3 days. Be sure to take the full course of antibiotics. But yes, they need to come out.

eating sunflower seeds.i think one poked my top left gum behind molar. is inflamed and swollen. haven't had tonsils or wisdom teeth removed. concerns?

Rinse vigorously: Try to gently dislodge the seed by rinsing or using a small head toothbrush.  If you are unable to get the seed out, it will usually dislodge on its own, or see your dentist for evaluation to prevent further damage.

Infection: The tonsils can get chronic infection quieting down with antibiotic use and then flaring up again.  Adenoids are also usually infected and thus the name t&a for the surgery usually performed after thorough exam by ENT specialist.

is it okay for my mouth to still be numb & swollen a week after having my wisdom teeth out?

Maybe: That is longer than i would expect. Call your oral surgeon and ask/be seen for follow up.
