Tinnitus: Probably pulsatile tinnitus - common in pregnancy due to high loos flow. If distressing contact your OB for management. Usually self limiting and stops soon after delivery.

Multiple things.: Although you are on the shot, it is still possible to get pregnant. Nothing is 100% so don't rule it out. It could be gastroesophageal reflux disease better known as heartburn. It could also just be gas.

Pooping?: I presume you are complaining about your bowel movements which are not affected by pregnancy in the early stages even if you were pregnant. If this problem has been going on for more than a week, you should consider seeing your doctor to find out why.

Movement: you feel movement with even your first child. It occurs generally around this time. The popping bubble sensation may come a different source such as a hernia or stretching. All the best.
