Weed  will not: change your chances of getting pregnant; however, unprotected sexual intercourse, will eventually lead to pregnancy. You may want to consult your GYN to regulate your cycles, usually accomplish with the use of BC pills or hormonal supplementation. I also suggest a thyroid function blood test and blood pregnancy test ( HCG qualitative and quantitative.

Avoid exposure: You should ask politely that he not smoke in your presence, and you can minimize the second hand exposure.  You didn't say what he is smoking in the hookah, but both tobacco and marijuana second-hand smoke should be avoided in pregnancy. If he doesn't respond, you need to demand that he not do so, and you should consider staying away from him when he smokes if he won't cooperate.

: Generally  sperm is deposited directly into the cervical mucous and follows the mucous up to the uterus and into the fallopian tube.  Anything could happen. Please do a preconceptual visit with an OBGYN, take prenatal vitamins and have a loving willing partner who can be a good father. Avoid drugs and alcohol. You want your unborn child to be NORMAL.

That : That would be unlikely. The amount of  heavy, continual cannabis smoke without ventilation that would be required would make this very unlikely. If the mother exposed herself to this, she was not prudent.  It is more likely that the mother used cannabis.

No difference: If a person purposely stops her pregnancy, it is called an abortion, and there are different ways of abortion to "get rid" of one's baby embryo. Early in pregnancy, there are pills to do that. That being said, a pregnant woman who does not want her baby can give her baby to another family. Surely somebody else in the country might be more than happy to adopt and raise a nice baby.

Yes, low: sperm count makes pregnancy less likely, not impossible.  But it depends on the actual count.  If you do not desire pregnancy, you should still use contraceptive.

: I have reviewed the ingredient list. Most are not toxic, The few that could be are at suck a minor concentration that it would be exceedingly unlikely to enter your blood in an amount that would hurt the baby.

There is no: connection with vaginal "looseness" and either the amount of sex one has or the number of partners one has.  I also know of no correlation between that and pregnancy other than some women have more vaginal secretions during pregnancy.  It may be the increased lubrication is what he is feeling.  Otherwise, there is absolutly no way to tell if someone has been cheating by how it feels "down there".
