Dizzy and pregnant: Lots of hormonal changes, fluid shifts going on for you. Do you mean "lightheaded" when you say dizzy?  Getting enough sleep?  Eating enough and eating healthy?  Have you discussed with your ob?

Totally Normal: As your body begins the hormonal changes that allow it to accommodate a baby, many women have a drop in their blood pressure temporarily. This can result in dizziness or fainting. Drink more than the usual amount of fluid and electrolytes during this time. Eat bland foods such as salty crackers, and avoid high fat foods to curb the nausea. you can also sip ginger lemon tea.

Your : Your symptoms are concerning for pregnancy. Missed period, abdominal pressure, fatigue and headaches can be symptoms of pregnancy.   Please take a pregnancy test to be sure. Not normal: While dizziness can have many minor causes, occurrence during pregnancy requires evaluation.  Since you are an experienced mother, you know what kinds of symptoms you have had with prior pregnancies, and how your current pregnancy compares.  Pay attention to what "dizziness" means to you.  Spinning?  Out of balance?  Time of day?  Duration? Etc.  Report to your doctor for evaluation.

Orthostatic : This is probably from orthostatic hypotension. Which means blood pressure drop when getting up because of pooling of  blood in the legs.

Lightheaded: Dizziness can either be a spinning type(vertigo) or lightheadedness. Vertigo may be caused by an inner ear problem and is worse on turning your head. Lightheadedness can be caused by low blood pressure, anemia, slow heart rate, nausea. See your physician for an exam.
