im 9 weeks prgnant.i was hurt forcefully on stomach by wooden chair.has pain for 2 days.no cramps & bleedng.no prgnancy symptoms too.will it affect baby?

Protect yourself: Although you certainly need to be examined for injury, it is usually far too early do damage the fetus. At this point, the evolving pregnancy is very small and probably too little to be near your "stomach."  the uterus is still contained in your pelvis at this stage. That said, protect yourself from significant injuries, it doesn't do anybody any good of you are hurting yourself like this.

Dangerous: Laryngitis in an infant can be a problem because the airway so small. Call peds immediately or take child to ER. You may need to see a pediatric ENT doc.

No: That should not cause any problem.

Bronchitis: I do not see this as a problem.  let your OB know.

Pregnancy: You can't choose your babies size. The size of your baby has nothing to do with getting fat during pregnancy. The amount of weigh you gain is up to you, as long as baby is growing properly. The uterus returns to normal size, when the baby is out. What you should be asking is, what is the best way to eat to get a healthy baby!!!! Get your priorities straight.

Fed up? Depression?: I&#x27;m not sure what you mean by fed up. Losing 2 babies in 2 years is very difficult. Guess you miscarried early and now, at 29 wks, prospects for a healthy baby  are good so I expect you&#x27;d feel grateful.
But up to 20% of women experience depression during pregnancy and your losses may increase odds of this.Please talk to your doctor.  
Also get Free T3 (liothyronine) tested- many become hypothyroid when pregnant.

i am 38 .i have triplets pregnancy for 7week.i'm worried this situation. is that possible that three babies carring for 36 weeks.

Yes: Most will end up in labor earlier and deliver by urgent C-section, but some get lucky. I had one mom carry to 37 wks with triplets &amp; all did well. Just make sure you maintain good communication with your delivery team so they can work with you to get as far as possible.

Flu meds: pregnant ?: Most flu vaccines have inactive virus, so it is unlikely your pregnancy will be affected.  Check with your OB physician about the nature of the type of "flu medications" you received, and he/she can advise you of any risks entailed.

i have s struggled with anxiety and now im 11 wks pregnant, my anxiety has become even more exteme. will stress hurt my babies development?

Stress: pregnancy: Constant stress/anxiety is not unusual in pregnancy, especially with a "first pregnancy", but this has not statistically been proven to cause serious problems with fetal development, unless accompanied by eating disorders:  nutritional deficiencies can cause serious problems in pregnancy. See your OB physician and discuss possible therapies .

i'm 8 weeks pregnant,i took flu medication not knowing that i am pregnant l. i'm no worried that i might have indangered my unborn babies. i took sinuend, adco-napacod and alcophylexy?

Accepted Answer

Not a  problem: I have looked at the ingredients of these meds &amp; do not find them to be worrisome at that stage of pregnancy. Please clear any future self medication use with your doctor. The relative risk of some meds depends on the stage of pregnancy.
