Constipation: Drink more liquids, and try Senekot or Colace, both of which are safe with pregnancy.  If neither is effective, ask your OB physician about the use of citrate of magnesium, which usually produces a short duration of diarrhea.

Try a stool softener: Hi, thanks for the question.  There are over-the-counter options to help alleviate constipation.  Three common ones are miralax, (polyethylene glycol) senna tabs, or colace.  Each one is slightly different so be sure to read the dosing instructions and see which one might be right for you.  If you are still feeling your symptoms despite treatment, schedule an appointment to visit your primary care physician. Good luck!

Unusual: That certainly is not common when on those pills so likely something else is going on. Would see your doctor if those symptoms persist

Water &amp; fiber: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink plenty of water. You should drink enough water so that you urine is mostly colorless.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Yes: The hormones of early pregnancy, especially progesterone, slow the bowels down, causing these symptoms. It usually gets better in the second trimester.

Drink 64 Ounces  of WATER a day
Cutout sugar which means all sodas &amp; fruit juices.
Set up a regular time to poop everyday

Water, fiber: increase the amount of water you're drinking, add a fiber supplement (e.g. Fiber One cereal daily) and if you need more help, add Colace and/or Miralax (polyethylene glycol) daily.
If that doesn't help you definitely need to be seen and examined.
