Depends: It depends on the reason for anemia, if low in iron u can take iron tab, likenthat many reasons and many treatment.

Anemia : I think you should take iron supplements, a multivitamin and a vitamin c. You won't die from anemia but by addressing it, you will feel a whole lot better.

Iron : In general, if you are not deficienct you do not need to take iron tablet. A simple blood test can be done to check you riron level-  to see if it is high or low. However, since you are at child bearing age- i would recommend you to take prenatal vitamin.

Cause of anemia?: The key to your answer is what is the cause of your anemia? Floradix is ferrous gluconate &amp; is better tolerated than ferrous sulfate by some people. If you have iron deficiency anemia &amp; serious/blood losing causes have been excluded, Floradix may be fine. B12 deficiency is another cause of anemia but needs evaluation to see if oral vs injection replacement is needed. Biotin is not for anemia.

Heavy mestrual flow.: You need to see a gyn. You may have another cause of bleeding other than menstruation. You will need to be examined, have some blood work taken for hormone levels and have an ultrasound of your uterus to see if your bleeding is due to fibroids. If you have them, there are both surgical and non-surgical options to end that problem. As you are anemic, you should see your gyn as soon as possible.

Needs evaluation.: There are several issues that can be associated with anemia and generalized pain. Some can be very serious so this needs to be evaluated. I would start with a family doctor or a hematologist.

Check Vit B12 level : Before you take Vit B12 supplements, you should have a level checked to see if indeed you are deficient.
