2 months ago i used a vibrator and now i have pain in one area of my clitoris. ive been to several doctors and no one knows whats wrong. the pain isnt as severe anymore but very much there. im now scared to have sex. what could be wrong with me?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and maybe some tests. If the symptoms are improving you may watch and wait. It is unlikely that sex will make it worse. Make sure to use a liberal amount of a water-based lubricant like K Y jelly.  Wish you good health!

Depends: Some problems are obvious and quickly discovered with the first vision.  Some take a little time, a few require hospitalization and there are some problems that never get diagnosed.

See a doctor: It is unusual for you to develop osteopenia at such a young age. I assume that you have seen your doctor already for the diagnosis of osteopenia. Do you have blood work done to rule out hormonal problems, vitamin D deficiency, or abnormal phosphorus level?

Ankle pain swelling: Swelling  at 69 can be  venous  insufficiency, may need  support hose and  a water pill to get the water off, if diabetic the ankle pain can be  Charcot's joint,  if recent infection can be post -infectious arthritis , need aleve (naproxen) if not allergic and no stomach ulcers.  May also be clogged arteries in leg, and poor cardiac status. Need xrays , ankle brachial  index, dopplers F/U w/doc

Lyme Disease: Did you have the classic target lesion? This is the confirmation for the disease, but blood work can be done. Ultimately, many things can mimic lyme disease, so seeing a doctor is the best option. If treatment is desired, usually treatment is a 21-day course of doxycycline. I am not endorsing therapy, just giving my thoughts.

Dietician: In my experience, physicians do have some knowledge of nutrition especially if they have studied it or are interested in it.  A dietician spends their training learning all facets of nutrition and are very impressive in their knowledge.  Working together and utilizing each others knowledge is very beneficial.

Dermatologists: A dermatologist spends 3 years in training about the skin, care of the skin, and treatment of abnormalities of the skin.  While we need the products developed by the cosmetic and drug companies, the people in the companies have limited general information about the skin.

Gastroenterologist: If you have health insurance, you should contact member services at the health plan, not only  to find a primary care provider but, depending on your insurance , to get the names of some  gastroenterologists who can help.  You might consider contacting the doctor who made the diagnosis in the first place as a referring source.  Best of luck!

Wikipedia: On line WIKIPEDIA is good reference. Print it out. Take with you to dermatologist or vascular surgeon. Try the nearest medical school if you can. Meanwhile, exercise, lose weight slowly but steadily, elevate legs higher than chest several times a day for as long as you can, wear elastic stockings knee length or higher, look for lymphatic massage, find where you can buy or rent a compression machin
