Ihd: By ihd i'm assuming you mean ischemic heart disease.  These can very greatly but may include exertional chest pain or shortness of breath, fatigue or swelling (from chf).  Discuss your particular case with your physician.

Typical: Of dysautonomia. The automatic nervous system is unbalanced and the sweating is due to increasd activity of the sympathetic branch of that system. Commonest cause is a sugary diet.

Thank you: PICU for your honesty.  You need to get that weight under control with an approximately 50 pound weight reduction..  Start eating more cooked vegetables and vegetable soups.  A proper cholesterol level is calculated by subtracting the good HDL cholesterol from the total  and that number needs to be 90 or less.  Triglycerides need to be 100 or less.  There are other important values. HRS, MD, FACC

Ischemia: You should discuss this with your cardiologist who may want to get a stress test before giving you specifics.

my cardiologist said i have ihd can't have restenting as it would be dangerous. i have  an incisional hernia . i was told i can't have it removed . ?

Listen to your doc: If your heart disease is so severe that you can't undergo restenting, you are not a candidate to have your hernia repair.  To have a hernia repair you have to undergo anesthesia, which is a big strain on the heart.  Sounds like you have a lot bigger concern than your hernia.  Good luck.

New platelets: Your bone marrow generates new platelets every day, and these will be untreated and fully active.  Daily asa makes sure the platelets are adequately treated.

IHD: You had asymptomatic heart disease before  2003 ihd develops over long period of time  the symptoms just show up suddenly for a ulcerated plaque in the coronary arteries take your medicine to slow the progression of heart disease.
