my mouth is sore since yesterday, worse today. especially the tip of my tongue, my gums are very sensitive too, and i tasted saltiness. not burned.

Mouth sore: It's not uncommon for your mouth and/or tip of tongue to be sensitive after a bout of hot, salty, or spicy foods. This is related to surface damage and should resolve within a few days. If not please see your primary care physician.

meat like size on my hand come out from me during periods, i felts serve pain i could feel something tearing inside me .im on yaz it been 2 months.
i normal see this but i am worried at the size and the pain i felt ?

Sometimes, yes: As long as this is a transient, as opposed to recurrent, occurrence.  This can especially become an issue with ocp (oral contraceptive pill) transitioning.  The pain is mainly due to release of certain hormones (e.g. Prostaglandins) as the lining of the uterus is shedding.  Usually, medications like Motrin, Advil (NSAIDs: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) are helpful for such symptoms.

why can't i lift if history of retinal tear?

Retinal tear: If the retinal tear is recent, you should take it easy until your eye doctor confirms that the laser treatment was adequate.  After that, there is no reason you should have to limit your activities (ie lifting).

Doctor can help: People usually do not suddenly start crying without a reason. Even when young babies cry, they still have reasons. One's primary care doctor can help figure out the problem, and may refer to a psychologist or psychiatrist if needed. Sometimes symptoms are related to changes in hormones. Other times, symptoms may be due to medication effects. Blood tests may be needed. Stress is often a factor.

Depression: It sounds like you may be experiencing depression.  Please see your doctor as soon as possible as this is very easily treated.

Retinal tears: Time till detachment depends on many factors such as location, cause of tear, your age: can take minutes to never. Average depends on above but recommend treatment asap.

i was exercising, when i moved wrong and felt something tear in my shoulder. now, my shoulder is lower and i can't rotate my shoulder by itself?

Shoulder Dislocation: Go to ER or your PCP immediately if you are concerned.  If this is a shoulder dislocation, you may risk nerve damage to various nerves if it doesn't improve or reset.  Also could you have torn a muscle in your rotator cuff that is also possible.  Either way it should be looked right away.

i had a 4th degree tear 4 months ago and i've just noticed a stitch hasn't devolved and my dr didn't cut it when she did a few others. none of the drs have mentioned it. is it okay to leave? should i see a dr about cutting it? idk why they haven't cut it

Should be gone?: Absorbable sutures should be gone by now. Have your doctor look at it and decide. You should be also checked to see if it is healing well. That is a bad tear. All the best.

Sore bottom: Small tears are very common, especially with a first baby.  Most women require a few stitches.  Larger tears may require stitches in the muscles of the pelvic floor or around the anus.  These repairs heal very quickly and by the 6 week postpartum visit they typically look good as new.  You may need stool softeners if you have a large tear and expect a sore bottom for a few days to a few weeks.
