If by "weed": You are asking if being surrounded by marijuana smoke it gets into your system, i would have to assume at some point that you inhaled some of the smoke swirling around. The question then becomes, how much?  It's impossible to say.

THC:  I idid inhale!: Any inhalation of thc will get into your system.  But, not every inhalation will be strong enough to be picked up on drug screening.

Soon: For lowering blood glucose, you will start to see the effects of metformin in a few days to a week.  For pcos, it may take longer (several months) to see a normalization of periods, fertility, etc.

Chewing sweets: Yes , as you chew the sugar in the sweets is dissolved in saliva and is  swallowed as we swallow our saliva.  From the literature I read it does not appear that  there is significant buccal( mouth) absorption.

No ! : The ways of significantly ingesting are swallowing, smoking, possibly rubbing into skin if prep is right, and rectally. Not aware of intravenous ingestion, but suppose this is possible, but not suggested due to toxicity concerns...smelling will not ingest any significant amounts

is it harmful to take chlorella longer than 2 months. isn't that about how long it would take to get in your system and start working?

No benefit: It really doesn't matter how long you take Chlorella, because there is no scientific evidence to support its effectiveness for prevention or treating cancer or any disease in humans. You would probably be better off using the money to buy healthy nutritious food as a basis of a good diet. Adding Chlorella will not help though. Good luck.

Yes, but: Usually the amount would not be very high unless you were in a closed off space with significant amount of smoke for a lengthy period. I would not hang around people smoking marijuana to avoid their second hand smoke.

Yes.: Yes, you can inhale secondary smoke like you would with cigarettes, that is if the person or persons you are around with smoke regularly.
