Hypoglycemia: It may be that you are experiencing episodes of hypoglycemia. This could have many different causes. Best thing to do is see your doctor.

Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some will probably be facial fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. However, with that said loss of subcutaneous fat from the facial area is usually noticeable early on.  Eat healthy ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Do both cardio ; weight training.

There is not a: guarantee but often loss of subcutaneous fat on  the face is one of the first things that is readily observable. Take care.

Depends: If you lose a great deal of weight in a short time. The skin cannot adjust to this. If however you lose  1-2 lab per week the skin can adapt also. Go slowly and treat the body right

No.: That's the worst excuse for not dieting that i've ever heard. Your skin doesn't get thinner when you lose weight, the fat layer underneath it does. And even if it did, the health benefits of losing excess weight far exceed any conceivable cosmetic concerns.

Weight loss: Everyone is different and there is a possibility for loose skin.  Having said that, please do not let that deter you from weight loss.  The benefits reaped by that far surpass some loose skin which can be corrected if necessary by surgery.  Peace and good health.
