No supplements: You do not need supplements to support normal glands.  Eat a healthy diet, exercise, and let your glands respond normally to the stresses of life.

Why supplements?: Your thyroid and adrenals are precisely regulated by the pituitary and other factors. If your thyroid and adrenal are functioning normally, then you don't need supplements, and they will not help you.  If your thyroid or adrenals are underactive, then you need to take hormone replacement.  Best done by a doctor who knows about this (eg. An endocrinologist). Not someone who sells his own supplement.

Get treatment: I'm not sure what kind of adrenal problem you have, but if it is adrenal insufficiency, the overactive thyroid could make that much worse.  Both conditions need treatment.  Treatment options for an overactive thyroid include surgery to remove the thyroid, radioactive iodine to kill the thyroid, and pills to block the production of thyroid hormone.

Not thyroid: The thyroid is lower, not high under the chin. High dhea-s can indicate polycystic ovarian syndrome, in which the ovaries produce too much male hormone. The bump might be a lymph node, cyst, or other problem. If it persists, please see your doctor.

Information: There is no direct connection between the adrenal gland and the thyroid. However, the thyroid hormone does influence the rate at which the adrenal functions. The adrenal gland does have a direct connection the th pituitary gland in the brain however.

High iron: Probably not.  If you have been having low RBC levels you may have been given high doses of iron.  If the low RBC is not iron deficiency anemia, then iron will not help.  High iron in blood can cause many problems including accumulation in the liver causing hemachromatosis.

Evaluated by endo: hypoadrenalism either due to a problem with pituitary gland or the adrenal gland, can be easily diagnosed with appropriate hormone testing by a trained endocrinologist.  It is highly important, to establish the diagnosis before starting the treatment, as wrong diagnosis has consequences.
I would recommend referral to an endocrinologist for evaluation.

Depends: Bone pain from metastases is generally easy to detect with scans. If bones look normal then hyperparathyroidism can cause bone and joint pain.

always normal menses but 3-6 days late for 5 mos straight. sudden facial/neck hair & depression. no pcos or thyroid issues. hormone labs fine except dhea-s at 297 (range=33-266). endo appt in feb but symptoms worsening. what are odds of adrenal tumor?

Don't wait til Feb: May be go to GP if not another GYN and get another blood test. Repeat hormone levels. R/O ovarian cyst? May need a abdominal sonogram .
