May be normal findin: If you are thin and lying down, it could be possible to see/feel the pulsation of your aorta in your abdomen. If you are obese, this would be more difficult to see. I assume you are 19?...It would be extremely unusual for a 19 y.O to have an aneurysm...But this would be the most important finding to rule out...This can be done by a physical exam...Or an ultrasound , or a ct scan ..

The : The earliest a fetal heart beat can be heard by doppler is at 9 weeks, and typically the baby is so small and moves around that one can not be truly audible until about 12 weeks.
It is very normal that you have not yet heard a fetal heart beat as it is still too early.

Lump: I do not know how old you are but these symptoms could be caused by an abdominal aortic aneurysm in usually an older person ?However I would see a physician to get a definitive diagnosis

Normal: Baby's heart beat is not audible until the 9-10th week at the earliest, even with doppler. Usually it's heard around the 12-14th week. 
Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly over 8 seconds - be calm....
