Risk of bleeding: Bleeding time is no longer used as it is a poor predictor of bleeding risk, clotting time is too crude a test, prothrombin time tests the status of one branch of the coagulation pathway.  Usually pt and PTT and platelet count are used as screening tests to assess risk of abnormal bleeding.

May be prolonged: The normal bleeding time is 2-6 minutes . In hemophilia this may be prolonged ,  depends on severity of the condition. Bleeding time test which is somewhat  cumbersome is no longer commonly used to diagnose or follow patients with hemophilia.  Other blood tests  that are  helpful  are PTT (partial thromboplastin time) , factor viii levels, and dna testing

Not at 18 years old: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

: If you masturbated too vigorously, you could cause trauma that may result in bleeding. It may be your period, but it is not feasible to provide a more meaningful answer without examining you.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

: A drop in hemoglobin over a period of weeks of "2 grams", may indicate intestinal or renal causes.  Get a referral to a GI physician for further endoscopic evaluation to determine the cause.

Ask patient to get t: Get the patient to get a blood test for HIV , etc at your cost and you should be tested too
