I don't think you: Can be sure that it is your artery, because it could be muscle, lymph node, or vein, or even pinched nerve.  Unless you had an injury, it could be something serious.  Please show it to a doctor for specific diagnosis and treatment.

i had pacemaker lead break. a piece of the wire lodged in my left neck artery there is plaque on the piece of wire. the area hurts should i be worried

?: I'm a little confused because pacemakers do not go through the neck - they enter the heart through either the l or r subclavian veins which are in the shoulders. Anyway, if it's hurting, extraction should be considered. There are specialized centers that do this. Ohio state is one of them. There may be one closer to you in florida.

one of the arteries in my neck hurt and looks bigger than the one on the other side but i had ultra sound on neck a few months ago everything was okay?

Carotid Ultrasound: An ultrasound of the neck is an extension of the physical examination. If every was normal on the ultrasound, that is good news. If your symptoms are persisting, or the artery is getting larger, it is time for a check up.

turned my neck fast and far to the side. neck now hurts. could this tear carotid artery? cause stroke?

Neck pain: certainly this could be a concern, with possible carotid artery dissection.  I would recommend a carotid duplex evaluation to evaluate the situation.

my left front of my neck where carotid artery is spasms and hurts the carotid artery feels swollen and i think there's a knot.. i'm scared?

Torticollis: The Sternoclidomasoid" Muscle goes into spasm. I believe this what is happening to you. It is a benign condition. Nothing to worry about,although it is painful and cannot turn neck in all direction. 
Rx Anti Infalmmatory like Ibuprofen Ice application, Local Muscle recant like Bengay /Flexall/Deep heating and Oral Muscle Relaxant will help you.
 And if not better in 24 H. get examined by your MD.

Again?: I believe you have asked this question several times in different ways.  You need to see someone to get a handle on your symptoms. I suspect that anxiety may be contributing significantly to this.

Myalgia: probable muscular stain of either the trapezius muscle and/or the anterior and posterior sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscles of the right side of your neck, Possible early torticollis.

can overstretching your arm and neck cause artery dissection? if yes, would pain in the area be the only symptom? worried because i overstretched my arm looking for an object and now my neck/shoulder hurts?

: An artery dissection would likely cause an acute stroke.  Since you typed this after the movement in would say you did not have one,?

Don't settle for it: You declare being a hypochondriac as if that's been settled. Please don't accept a lifetime of it. It will be costly in many ways.  Seek psychotherapy to learn how to think differently and meet your needs and hopes in better ways. Find someone you trust. Best!
