See physician: Teen age girls can have several causes of pelvic pain; such as ovarian cysts, rupture of ovarian, cyst, torsion of ovary, and if sexually active sometimes pelvic inflammatory disease. Pain is usually severe with twisted ovary complex. Obviously bowel and bladder problems can also cause pain. Should see physician and if pain is occurring frequently usually ultrasound of pelvis helps with answer.

Goals of care: You have the answer. If you need relief from unbearable pain then you may need to go to ER. If you would like to have your condition better studied and treated your doc or Gynecologist would be your best resource.

ive had chronic lower left pelvic pain that has gotten more severe. docs think probable diverticulitis. told me to just drink fiber and ill be fine. pain is worse. now i just had my first pale white stool. emergency, can wait, or just eat more fibe?

: Pale white stool has nothing to do with diverticulitis. If you have fever and nausea/vomit along with worsened pain then you should go to ER. If pain is tolerable and no other symptoms you can observe. Good luck.

im on provera (medroxyprogesterone) and i want to know how long does withdrawal bleeding last? and im having right lower back pain and right side pelvic pain.

Typically : Typically Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is given for a week to ten days; after it is taken usually within one to two weeks after stopping it  the withdrawal bleeding starts. If the withdrawal bleeding starts while taking the Provera (medroxyprogesterone) it can be stopped. 
To answer your question the withdrawal bleed can last anywhere form 5-10 days or so. If it goes on longer than this you should consult your doctor. Also since you are having pelvic pain you should follow up with your doctor right away.

Fibromyalgia?: 18 yo female with chronic &quot;body aches&quot; has fatigue, headache, &amp; low back &amp; hip pain, but no fever or mechanical injury. Differential diagnosis includes fibromyalgia &amp; autoimmune disorders.  A Rheumatologic work up is needed.

See gynecologist: Knowing that the ovary is located there, see your GYN.  While there are many reasons for pain in that area (diverticulitis, for example), the possibility of a ruptured ovarian cyst, or even an ectopic pregnancy exists, so it needs to be checked.

Need more info: You do not say for how long the pain has been present. If a week or less it is most likely a muscle strain. If longer than a week  then there are more possibilities that should be examined by a doctor

It may be: But get checked by your gyn.  It could be in the pelvis.  One good medicine for arthritis pain is Cymbalta (duloxetine) if u are not on that.  It builds up transmitters in the brain that decrease ascending pain signals.  Make sure you get good sleep at night and don't clinch or grind teeth a lot at night.  You could have a UTI though, they come up atypically at times.  Good luck.

Kidney stone?: Infection? Going to the doctor and having your urine checked for blood or infection a good starting point.
