I assume that you: are asking if it is OK to use outdated Nicotine patches. The answer is NO and as a general rule it is dangerous to utilize ANY outdated medications. Ask your health care provider for a new prescription.

Having said that, being overweight or some medications could explain the elevated liver enzymes. It would be prudent to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the tests. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

No proven way: I know of no way to clear marijuana/thc from your body more quickly. If you were not a heavy smoker you will likely pass most tests after not ingesting marijuana for about a week, but it depends on how sensitive the test is.

Nope: Chantix  does not contain nicotine or any nicotine like products so it would not cause your Cotinine levels to rise.  It also does not affect the pharmacokinetics (the way nicotine is handled by the body) so the nicotine would be excreted from your body normally. Congratulations on quitting smoking!  It is the best thing you could do for your lungs/health!!!

Don't worry: Drink lots of water every day (8-10 glasses), get Vitamin C (fruit) and be active. Avoid passive smoke. Blood clears faster than hair, but slower than urine and there are false positive reasons you could fail. But you'll probably pass if you don't slip before the surgery. Anyway - it's too late to worry. Do your best. The reason is for optimal healing - important but not critical. Relax.
