Most cancers involve one testicle only, but those with testicular cancer appear to have abnormalities with their sperm in the unaffected testis. Removal of both testicles, chemotherapy, or retroperitoneal surgery for more advanced testis cancer can render the patient infertile.

i have a little ball connected to my right testicle that is firm and dosent move not to large, size of a newtons cradle ball, no pain. just looked cause of itching, no rash, found two days ago, hoping its not a cancer, thoughts?

: Most such lumps are benign cysts such as a spermatocele which sits on top of the epididymus rather than arises in the testicle itself. Nevertheless, for peace of mind, I recommend consulting a urologist to evaluate the lump and advise you.

i am 16 years old and i noticed that one testicle is bigger than the other one.  what is the most common cause.  is this normal.  could it be cancer?

Likely normal: Asymmetry in the paired organ is quite normal. Woman generally have one breast larger than the other. As long as the size is stable, there is no need to worry.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

if azoospermic men are more likely to get cancer then are people who lost both testicles at same risk? please explain.

2.2% risk of cancer: The Stanford study which found increased cancer risk in azoospermic men did not evaluate men who were castrated (is that which you mean by "lost both testicles"?)  Of course a man who has no testicles, can not get testicular cancer (unless they were removed FOR testicular cancer).  Castrated men have a lower risk of prostate cancer due to lack of testosterone.
