Unclear: You need to have a further evaluation by a physician.  Your symptoms could be due to anything from pregnancy to H. Pylori infection to GERD to Gastritis to worse.  You need a formal history, physical, and possibly abdominal imaging or endoscopy to evaluate.

Preg with period?: It's not common to have a period when pregnant, but up to 15% have some bleeding during normal pregnancies, according to some textbooks. Do you think you may be pregnant? If so, start prenatal vitamins and check a first AM urine test after your next missed period.

Many causes: Nausea after eating can be a hallmark of a stomach infection (usually H Pylori), reflux, allergies or even a stomach ulcer. Talk to your Dr and seek a full physical exam to evaluate your condition.

Check Ur blood sugar: Actually, you are getting nauseated, which happens to lots of people when their blood sugar gets too low.  You don't want to be nauseous, which means that you are making other people nauseated.

Well, I think you: Sort of already pointed out one thing to do - eat healthfully & regularly. At least three meals per day. Hydrate well with at least 64 ounces of water per day. Try to go with whole grains & cut out junk carbs.  Aim for 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day.  Nausea usually responds very well to ginger. It can be in the form of crystallized ginger, ginger ale or ginger tea.

IBS ?: Female has morning nauseousness. Medications can evoke this symptom, which is also commonly associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome of either diarrhea, IBS-D, or constipation, IBD-C, type. See Gastroenterologist, &amp; if this diagnosis is confirmed, then consider using medicinal cannabis; indica for C &amp; sativa for D type. Try teas &amp; edibles, but only under medicinal cannabis consultant supervision.

You need food.: You get headaches when yu don't eat because your body and brain is craving nutrition.  If you have not been drinking you are also dehydrated.  You need to eat and drink fluids for your body to functon.  Listen to your body.  It is telling you that you need to eat.

Difficult to answer: Of course without knowing what your medications are i cannot make any specific recommendations. Sometimes using combination meds can reduce the number  of doses as can using a time released formulation if it is medically feasible. Spacing out your drugs as well as taking them with meals (or without) can minimize your side effects.Talk it over with both your physician and pharmacist.
