Not exactly: Bmi 25 is close to 80th percentile for female adult and 75th for male.  Bmi over 85th percentile is regarded as overweight.

BMI: The upper limit of the BMI range is 25 but 26.8 is not far above this. When BMI was determined were you fully clothed, wearing boots, etc. If you have bathroom scales at home you might want to compare your results with that at the doctor's office. At home you won't need to worry about clothing.
