Yes, especially the : Yes, especially the first 2wks of use.  Try using it every other day for the first two weeks and then switch over to daily use.   It will delay the acne fighting effect but it will decrease the irritation.  Use sunscreen (SPF &gt;50),hypoallergenic/non-comadogenic fragrance-free products &amp; cleansers. Avoid other acne products if the burning increases and don't forget to follow up with your doctor.

Hot: Your symptoms are fairly non-specific I'm sorry I can't really help you with this. However if you notice that your temperature is cyclic and you're having more episodes of these fevers I would make sure you don't have an underlying infectious process of developing seek your PCP for further workup and baseline labs.

First...: The first thing to consider is a viral syndrome which is usually treated with plenty of fluids and rest. It may last a few days. You may use Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen(if not allergic) for fever and pain. If you feel very sick, have trouble breathing, cannot tolerate anything by mouth make sure you get seen as soon as possible.

Hot Falshes? why: Past head injury is not likely to be the cause of your present problem. At your(young) age there is no good reason to have hot flashes. But it can be a symptom of some metabolic disorder or stressful emotional problem. Therefore I would advise you to seek a medical evaluation by your internist or family physician so that they can check your overall health including your thyroid /metabolic health.

Hot flashes: Possibly you went back too soon. I hope you saw a doctor while you were away from work. You must see your doctor now that you are not doing as well as you were.
