Probably OK: I don't understand "Amsterdam" shot -- maybe some sort of street drug? It probably won't interfere with doxycycline or treatment of your infection. Just be sure to continue to take the doxycycline as prescribed. If in doubt, contact the clinic or doctor who prescribed it.

Probably yes,: but not very much.  More important is whether or not the organism causing your orchitis is sensitive to this antibiotic.   Sometimes orchitis is not an infection.

Risk Assessment: If there are any remaining open spots in the bites, it's a good thing to avoid spreading it. Probably safe, but why take chances? Wading w/ arms dry may be a good limit. Just imagine how awful you'd feel to worry about a person catching it! Not worth it IMHO, but you can evaluate your feelings. Hang out, have fun, keep bites dry if you agree.

Pot and docycycline: There do appear to be risks with this combination. I am including an article from the fda as they have studied this issue and you will have to ask yourself whether the risks are worth it. Food decreases: Absorption of the doxycycline. Dairy products bind to the doxyclcline and keep it from being absorbed. If you need to take it with food for GI symptoms take it with 1-2 crackers

Odd statement: They should not have collected your plasma if you took any antibiotics in the days prior to selling/donating this product. You place anyone who receives the material at risk of a life threatening allergic reaction if they have an allergy to that material. Yes, you pass some of the antibiotic into any body fluids.
