i am extremely congested with mucus in my nose to the point i can't breath or blow out my nose, should i go the hospital i have taken claritin (loratadine) and advil congestion relief  already

Nasal : Nasal congestion is pretty miserable, but without high fever, dizziness, or severe pain, you are better off calling your doctor's office for an appointment than going to the hospital.  Often congestion is not from mucus buildup, but is from swelling of the nasal tissues so there is nothing to blow out.  The best things to do until your appointment are to run a humidifier in the room you sleep in, drink hot liquids (like tea or broth), or take a hot shower and breathe in the steam.  These can all help you feel better.  Good luck!

need suggestion for otc congestion relief for mucus. unable to breath at night. mucinex (guaifenesin) and advil don't work. had cold for 1 week. on humira - 1 yr.

Try Afrin (oxymetazoline)?: You may try afrin nasal spray for no more than 5 days.  If the symptoms last more than 10 days see your doctor to make sure that you are not ending up with a sinus infection.

Nasal Mucous: Advil or other anti-inflammatories will most likely do nothing to decrease the nasal mucous you are producing when you are ill. The most common and effective approach is with the prescription steroid nasal sprays such as flonase.

urine test routine blood small neg (mg/dl rbc 3-5 wbc 0-5 bacteria few mucous moderate slightly cloudy everything else was negative dia unspecified hematuria took advil 4 a few days b4 test. should i be worried? see uro or just redo test?

: I would first redo the Urine analysis. If it still shows 5 or more RBC, then a visit to your primary care doctor would be the first best step. You may need a urologist if the RBCs persist. I would not be too worried unless the problem is real and persists in the next urine test.

Not likely: Unless your stomach lining is extraordinarily sensitive to the ulcerative aspect of this dosage, you should suffer no harm and it might alleviate the pain you were treating.   Best to be cautious about dosing even with over the counter products.

Not in pregnancy: It doesn't cause miscarriage, but can have adverse effects on the fetus. Ibuprofen belongs to a group of pills that are referred to as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory  drugs (NSAiDS). Indomethacin has been used in pregnancy only under extraordinary circumstances.
