worried i might have colon cancer due to change of bowel habbit. my habbit return to normal for a few weeks then go of cycle then return back to normal. never a persistent change. been diagnosed with ibs after full blood test came back clear ?

Unlikely cancer: at the age of 30, colon cancer is extremely rare. The patient population in which cancer could be possible is typically those with a VERY strong family history of colon cancer, those with inflammatory bowel diseases (Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, etc).  Cancer typically causes what we call "constitutional symptoms" which include but are not limited to night sweats, fevers, weight loss.

i have ibs.  ive had 2 colonoscopies within the past 3 years and they were normal. when i wipe i see a little bit of pink blood. should i worry?

Take some: Reassurance, if you are seeing blood it's unlikely to be related to more concerning things like colon cancer, colonic polyps(which can become cancer) or inflammatory bowel disease(like ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease).  These very concerning conditions would be very unlikely to be missed by two colonoscopies within 3 years, particularly if the preparation was good.

ibs c hemmroids and blood after bm help?

Drugs and creams: Nonprescription: can try laxatives i.e. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and topical creams/suppositories i.e. Anusol, prep h.

Otherwise, will need to see a doctor to be prescribed drugs for c-ibs and rx creams/suppositories.

if you have pos and ibs and take metphormin twice a day if you only take it once a day can that make your blood sugar go up?

after trying to wee last night i found blood & blood in loo from back passage. i have ibs & tear regularly but never this amount of blood. ?

Any pain?: Is there any soreness around your anus?  If so, it is likely due to a fissure or tear, or a hemorrhoid that opened.  If not, or if you have an abdominal cramping, or blood mixed in with the stool, and it continues beyond a few more days, you should see a GI specialist.

fatty food intoler/ibs dr says bloods r normal so should live with it & stop stressing. diet v restricted, i feel ill alot, is there nothing else??

it seems that most blood pressure medications cause ibs.  can you recommend one that does not cause ibs?  when i don't take my meds, i am ok.

Not true: The statement that "most BP medications cause IBS" is false.
Please do NOT shop on INTERNET and discuss with your doctor. All medications may have different side effects, but with a little bit of patience your doctor and you will be able to find the right medicine to control BP with minimal or no side effects

IBS signs/symptoms?: The GI tract has a very limited # of symptoms to signal its distress--nausea/vomiting, diarrhea/constipation, bloating, pain, fullness, bleeding, etc.  As you know, many of these characterize ibs, but are also seen with inflammatory, infectious, ischemic, malabsorptive, and functional disorders. Directed lab work, imaging, biopsies, stool studies are appropriate in excluding non-ibs pathology.

i have ibs symptoms, however all of my blood tests and x-rays have came back normal. do i even have ibs? what should my next step be?

IBS Dx & Tx : Ibs is not defined by blood tests, imaging or other diagnostic tests & most don't need any of these tests. Depending on the specific symptoms, abdominal imaging, endoscopy & stool studies may be needed, not to diagnose ibs, but to rule out other possibilities. Seek attention: Ibs = irritable bowel syndrome. It does not include blood - so that is an 'alarm symptom' that requires a separate explanation.
