Not likely IBS alone: While it is possible your ibs may be causing gasiness, you more likely are describing a urologic problem like urethritis or even an ascending kidney infection. At the very least, you warrant examination physically and of your urine, and may need antibiotics.  Call your doctor please.

Injection: A urinary tract infection can often cause frequent urination, pain with urination and the feeling of needing to go right now. Diabetes can also cause this so make sure that you have been properly tested for this and aren't simply assuming that you don't have it.

Prostatic hypertrophy can lead to 'dribbling' and a sense of needing to urinate; especially at night.

Post Void Dribbling: Post void dribbling(pvd) results from incomplete contraction of the muscles around the urethra(urine channel).  This results in urine that, with movement, can leak out.
This leakage is not an indication of overactive bladder and will not lead to frequency of urination.
With a kegel squeeze leftover urine can be passed. Milking the urethra from behind the scrotum forward can also expel it.

Urinary frequency: get urine checked for urinary tract infection. Also get your prostate as chronic prostatitis can give the same symptoms. also you might have overactive bladder

No there is: NOTHING wrong with your bladder ....the amount of urine is not JUST due to the liquids you ingest but also due to WASTE elimination...... Daily VARIATION is NORMAL!...If frequency actually interferes with your activity or particularly your SLEEP it 's time to get the symptom evaluated!

Intake: watch your intake of certain foods and drinks. Caffeine is a big trigger of urinary urgency. Alcohol, soda, are also offenders. There are many foods and drinks that could affect this, so I recommend reviewing your diet over the last several months. Make sure you are getting enough water, which could help dilute your urine as well.  Lastly, get a urinalysis to ensure there is no blood or infection.

Anl itching: You may have pinworms. A simple test with scotch tape can determine whether you harbor the pinworm eggs.
