Very common: Fibrocystic changes are not clearly related to risk of malignancy.  They are usually picked up on biopsy for suspicious findings on mammography.  These findings are benign.  Some women have a tendency to form fibrocystic tissue over time, and this makes breast cancer screening less accurate for them.  I hope this helps you.

can hot hand warmers be used as a compress on a abscess on breast? i was told it could but am kinda concerned if its safe enough?

: You can put a moist washcloth in a Ziplock bag with some holes poked in the sides. Microwave until warm (test it on open skin)  and use this or similar items applying it until it cools to body temperature, then it can be reheated as often as desired. Moist heat can improve blood flow at the site and help natural healing elements become active. Hearing can increase any pain at the site.

i had a breast ultrasound last month to recheck a lipoma, and i was told it had gone away. anyways, two or so weeks ago i found another lump or what i think may be one in that same breast. would it have shown in the u/s if it was an actually lump?

: Lipomas do not usually fade away, simple breast cysts do. Make sure you have all reviewed thoroughly with the breast care team/ your doc as unexplained/ unconfirmed results may trigger significant health related anxiety.

Not : Not sure what the question is but basal cell carcinoma is the most common type of skin cancer seen and it is very common in whites mostly in sun-exposed areas.  It is typically easily cured with local removal.  Make sure you follow up with your surgeon to find out if was all removed or if he needs to take more skin.
