: Not typical symptoms of gastritis that cannot be ruled out completely either and may still contribute to some of your symptoms. Anxiety is likely contributing to some extent, other conditions are possible as well. Following up with your doc is recommended.

i had my gallbladder removed because of upper stomach pain i still got it along with nausea chest pain and trouble pooping regurgitating it's been 1yr?

Not the Gallbladder: Well, obviously your symptoms are not from the gallbladder. It sounds more like a functional GI disorder, along the lines of irritable bowel syndrome. Consider a consultation with a gastroenterologist. Hope this helps!

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

stomach pain, uncontrollable nausea and vomiting on and off for 2 yrs now. not heartburn/have tried changing diet all kids of ways. any ideas helpful?

Nausea: Pain, nausea and vomiting can be a chronic problem but you need to find the cause.  If simple diet changes have not helped (gluten, milk, etc) then a further evaluation for helicobacter pylori  (blood test) which is a bacterial infection causing ulcers, gastritis (inflammation of stomach lining) and underlying conditions like celiac disease (blood test) should be considered.
