Tubal ligation: It is possible to become pregnant after tubal ligation.  The ends of the tubes can grow back together and sperm can then travel up the tube to be fertilized.  See your health care provider and have a quantitative Beta HCG pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant.  Tubal pregnancies are more common in this situation.

One should not be thinking "I want" but rather "we want", and must include her husband, and other family members who wish to help.

Location matters: A vaginal discharge? It is anything coming from the vagina that is more than the scant amount of normal mucous that healthy women have. A woman with a new or unusual discharge should see her doctor for an exam to get a diagnosis. A discharge that has odor is usually an infection with germs such as bacteria, trichomonas, gonorrhea or chlamydia (discharge may worsen as infection worsens).

It : It depends on where you live and if your dr offers this in a hospital or outpatient surgical center. In general, around 8-12, 000 for the procedure, facility and anesthesia, but it can certainly vary. The doctor would want to read the operative report if available, if not they may offer to put a small telescope (a laparoscope) to make sure the reversal is feasible. If it is, then they will proceed. Patients recover quite well and are back to work 1-2 weeks later depending on the technique used. Complications are low from the procedure, but you do increase your risk for a tubal pregnancy, relative to people who have normal tubes. If you are afraid of the procedure or the tubes cannot be reversed, then ivf is your best option. Hope this helps.
