Not a diagnosis: A prodrome is not a diagnosis. The word comes from the Greek prodromus, meaning "running before" or in health the early signs of a problem. The  pattern of symptoms of any STD are specific to that problem.

Yes you could: Get it orally you need to see your gyn or the er or urgent visit center as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment and both can cause problems orally and in the vagina, cervix uterus, and tubes and if you are positive then after treatment u need a test of cure and obviously your partner needs to be treated and needs a test of cure.

Yes, ....: Oral sex with infected partners may transmit the diseases like gono or chlamydia. Some 1/2 of gono-infected women and some 1/10 of men who are infected with gono may be asymptomatic. So, be evaluated and counseled for current concern and future prevention. Best wish to health...

Yes: Even with one contact if the infection is active you will likely be infected. When one partner has the infection, the other partner should be notified and tested and treated at the same time to prevent reinfecting each other.

2 separate tests: Checking for gonorrhea &amp; chlamydia requires 2 different tests for which specimens are obtained at same time. You'll need to ask your doc about chlamydia (maybe result is pending?). In future, wrap it up before engaging in sex, whether partner is male or female. If latter, still wrap it up even if she's on some form of birth control, which only lowers risk for pregnancy but not sexually transmitted
