Question truncated: A CT scan of the head for headache is usually done without IV contrast injection. If that was the case, there is nothing about the CT that would cause dizziness. Could be related to laying flat and standing up afterward. If contrast was injected, it could be a mild reaction. If the symptoms worsen or do not improve in a relatively short time, she should be seen by a doctor.

You may be right: If you do have cluster headaches and are otherwise healthy, consider going to a free clinic for at least one visit. If the diagnosis is correct, they may be able to provide you with free medications, or give you a prescription for something relatively inexpensive that works. Bear in mind that "works" means "works pretty well most of the time." Don't expect a magical pain pill.

Probably not: Spontaneous subconjunctival hemorrhages are a benign condition and will resolve spontaneously. Use some otc tears such as optive refresh 3-4x/day until gone.

Yes but usually not: Mild as cluster migraines are some of the most painful conditions known to man.  You could experience headaches in clusters which sounds more likely.  Try to see if you can find any triggers and pay attention to any associated symptoms before seeing your doctor.  Merry christmas and happy new year!

Cluster headache: is the most painful of all the primary headache disorders. Management of a cluster headache can be abortive or prophylactic. Sometimes, both methods are indicated in the same patient. An effective abortive treatment uses oxygen at a flow rate of 7-10 liters per minute. The treatment of choice for the prevention of both episodic and chronic cluster headache is verapamil.

Med/Block/Stimulator: So sorry you are suffering! most recent reports look at very aggressive neurosurgical approaches only for pts with very severe disease who have failed all medical options. Meds - verapamil, topiramate, lithium, prednisone, Lidocaine (in the nose), + 100% oxygen. Surgery - blocking the occipital nerve, cutting the trigeminal nerve or implanting a stimulator in the hypothalamus (not fda approved).

Ask about a trial of beta blockers if have not used before.
