checked eyes by sr.ophthalogist,said eyes are normal inside did dil.be test. but i see a very small black dot  when i blink my eye,only in right eye.

Floater, no problem: spots like this are usually the result of one or a few red blood cells getting loose from a capillary in the back of the eye. They may not show on exams, but because of a magnifier effect, may seem large to you. Most likely nothing to worry about. If you are on blood thinners and they get worse this should definitely be reported.

See a doctor: Vision is precious; if you have defects in it at all, especially something like a black spot in your vision, you should always get it checked immediately to get it treated rapidly and preserve as much vision as possible.

PVD: Most black dots noted in vision are floaters or PVD: posterior retinal detachment (more info: eyedoc2020@blogspot.com). If eyeMD did not see any of these, get a visual field HVF to be sure no defects in vision pathway: macula, nerve, brain

Depends: This sounds like a floater.  If this is something that has been present for a while, then it does not need evaluation.  A new floater does need evaluation.  See  an ophthalmologist.

Nevus: It is most likley a nevus or freckle. An eyeMD can take a look, photograph it to see if it needs to be followed, biopsied, or excised.
