No vitamins : Iron causes nausea and stomach upset! As well as constipation. Why are you taking one a day multivitamin. Stop both and eat a healthy diet full if vegetables and fruits, organic red meat. Drink lot of fluids. Avoid caffeine, alcohol,drugs,tobacco if you can

Make sure u aren't P: Whereas sometimes there can be strange hormonal reactions, I would first make sure that you are not pregnant since this can have the symptoms. Of you are not pregnancy, I would advise hydrating as much as you can and letting this pass as I'm sure it eventually will.
