Malabsorption: what you describe sounds like a failure to completely absorb in your small bowel.  It can be from rapid transit, a lack of pancreatic enzymes or bile,  small bowel pathology or from a bacterial overgrowth.  This is more common with an ileostomy .  It also may be related to your underlying reason for the ostomy such as Crohnes.  See your GI doc or surgeon if it doesn't resolve soon.

High fat diet: This is very common when your diet has large amount of fat. Try a low fat diet (like vegetarian) for a few days and you'll see your stools change markedly.

i keep smelling this odor. mostly in my room.nobody else smells it.i take depcaote. my other theory dehydration? my scalp is itchy, oily, flaky! :(

See below: Hyperosmia or increase sense of smell can be associated with a number of conditions such as: cluster headaches, migraines, adrenal cortical insufficiency, seizures, sinusitis and partial damage to the olfactory nerve, depression and other psychiatric disorders.  Get seen when you can by your physician to discuss this.

Tumeric: Turmeric does have a strong antioxidant and ant inflammatory affect, and can cause the curry odor to emanate from the skin if taken in large doses, but does not cause oil.

Bad Oder: Tinea capitis (superficial head fungal infection) and/or seborrhea( oily skin) may cause this, you may need an antifungal shampoo.

There's a reason ...: ... your mom told you to "wash behind your ears."  Dirt accumulates easily behind your ears as gravity causes scalp sweat, dirt and bacteria to migrate there. Initially oily,  it can dry and become irritating and itchy .... and stinky! When bathing and shampooing, be sure to focus your washing &amp; rinsing there to eliminate the problem. Good wishes:)

i've been on a no carb diet for a few days and have been eating asparagus and brussel sprouts with olive oil and my urine is oily and smells oily?

Normal: This in normal. Stop eating asparagus and sprouts and this will go away. It is not harmful if you don't mind the smell.

Vaginal odor: Your gynecologist can do an exam to determine the cause of vaginal odor. Prevaleaf.com makes some good products for those concerned with vaginal odor when no infection is found. A dermatologist should be able to help you with the face and axillary problems.

Many causes: Common causes of oily stool include Pancreatitis, gall bladder problems, and hepatitis C. Regardless of how healthy your diet and weight are, a diet high in oils will result in oily stool. Try cutting back on the amount of oils in your diet. Certain dietary supplements and medications can also cause oily stool. If you are taking orlistat or fish/ essential oils, this can show up in your stool.

It : It sounds like you have what is called steatorrhea which means "fatty stools".  The yellow stuff is undigested fat.  There can be many causes for this ranging from dietary issues to cancers.  You should see your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist to find out what is wrong and solve the problem.
