It depends: Some drinks are nutritionally complete.  Fad diets are a different story.

Exam: I suggest a comprehensive physical exam to include blood and urine testing. You must define and evaluate the state of your body's immune system.

Recurrent UTI: Studies show that recurrent UTIs can sometimes be from incomplete treatment of the original urinary tract infection. You need a full exam, culture and sensitivities need to be done. Recurrent UTIs are thought to be related to several factors including hygiene and activity of sexual relations. You need to be safe in both of these regards. Wipe away from your urethra and get screened for STDs .

See your OB: Dysmenorrhea, or severe pain with menstruation is a common problem. There are some treatments available. See your OB, who can examine you and suggest appropriate treatment as indicated. Hope this helps!

Being normal: A person is normal when she gets a flu shot and doesn't get sick. She is unlucky if she coincidentally gets sick after a flu shot. Realize that some people have a heart attack the day after buying a new pair of shoes, while other people get sick the day after getting a flu shot. It's called "True, true, but unrelated," otherwise known as a coincidence.

what could a past (16 months ago) covid infection have done to me to where i am getting sick more frequently (every 4-6 weeks) when i used to only get sick once a year? all labs/tests/etc are normal?

: This is not because you had covid. The same thing is going on for millions of people. Precautions against covid (masking, social distancing, etc) was effective in reducing the frequency not only of covid, but also influenza, common colds, and other viral infections. (There was little influenza last year.) That in turn left people more susceptible to these viruses as covid precautions were reduced.

Migraine: Please consult your prescribing physician for medication to prevent or abort the migraine. I f there is a relationship between the onset of your migraine and your menstrual cycle, please see your GYN.
