UTI: Despite what your doctor told you, it probably was/is a UTI.  Fortunately, minor UTIs in women frequently go away without antibiotics.

having back pain and a frequent urge to go pee. i also am fatigue and nauseous on and off. recovered from a uti about a month ago. i am a week late for my period, but pregnancy test were negative. should i go to doctors?

Could have uti again: Yes, see your doctor.  Symptoms of urinary tract infection can be burning with urination, frequency of urination, fever.   I have seen patients that have back pain and nausea with it.  You don't have to have all the of the symptoms and can still have uti.  They will take another urine sample and treat you with antibiotics. They can culture your urine to make sure its the right antibiotic.

No: gold standard for making diagnosis of UTI is urine culture and that is not affected by periods

Possibly Yeast: Symptoms of a yeast infection may include: burning, redness &amp; itching of the vulva; burning with urination &amp; vaginal intercourse &amp; a clumpy, white, vaginal discharge with no odor. Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.

Return to doctor: It sounds like you may have return of UTI symptoms with pain during urination and after urination.  Important to return to doctor to have your urine tested for infection and start medication if necessary. In the interim drink plenty of fluids including cranberry juice.

Menses irregular: This happens with some frequency for a wide variety of reasons, and absent other symptoms is generally not anything to be overly concerned about.  If this persists and you are concerned or it occurs with other problems, go and see your gynecologist and get examined and perhaps tested.  Good luck.

Probably wait ; see: Would do nothing if now symptom free. But, get your urine checked if you have frequency of urination ; a burning sedation.

There is a slim chance of pregnancy.
If negative wait until your next cycle, if no period, see your GYN, you might need to regulate your period.
Always practice safe sex.

Yes: These symptoms are very characteristic of a urinary tract infection.  Get checked and treated.

i feel like peeing very frequently especially at night time, could i have uti? and also i'm on my period and don't know if that is causing my issue?

UTI: Yes, frequent urination can be a symptom of uti. You should get your urine tested. If it's normal then other work-up can be done by your doctor.  If there's no UTI you should have your blood sugar tested.
